Yes, absolutely! There are no long-term commitments or hidden fees. You can easily skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime directly from your account page before the [10th] of the month.

How long do the ingredients stay fresh?

We carefully select ingredients with a stable shelf life so you can enjoy your onigiri at your own pace. The rice and most dry toppings typically last for several months. Please check the expiration date printed on each individual package for exact details.

Do you provide allergen information, and can I customize my box for allergies?

Every Palmeal kit includes a detailed list of ingredients and potential allergens. While we cannot offer fully customized boxes for specific allergies at this time, we ensure 100% transparency so you can enjoy our products safely.

When will my Palmeal kit arrive?

All boxes are carefully packed and shipped around the [15th] of each month. If you subscribe before the [10th], you will receive the current month's kit. Orders placed after the [10th] will start with the following month's delicious kit.

Do I need any special cooking skills or tools to make the onigiri?
